Rules for Operations and Specific Loot Guidelines

MOTD 11/3/2013:  Although I do have internet, and a space that I am able to play, I am overwhelmed with work and don't currently have the time to dedicate to the guild or swtor.  I have promoted Kevnaru to Guildmaster while I am gone so that someone will actually be able to be on consistently.  

I may still be able to play, depending on my work load, but I am having to adjust my priorities.  In the first week they've already sent home 4 other soldiers.  Hopefully they've just loaded us up with work for the first few weeks to get us into a rhythym but I wont know till they tell me.  I look forward to playing with everyone again soon.

***UPDATE*** All Spots are filled.  There should be 5 masks that are needed for the entire group to be gtg.
 
Requirements:  We NEED this group to be as top as can be and so anyone interested has to be AT LEAST full 69 with full augments (purple augments, not just blue).

1 Off Tank/DPS     FILLED
9 DPS                   FILLED
4 healers              FILLED

All other gear (Helm, pants, etc.) will follow standard loot rules.
These rules are only in effect for 1st but could be adopted for 2nd and 3rd if the Ops Leader decides to...

Note that these rules should really only be used when you have all your set members for fairness.  It is hard to get fillins (pugs or guildies) to agree to automatically give up a chance to roll on loot when they know they wont be there the next time to get the benefit.  But really the loot priorities just need to be agreed upon by the entire op so if that includes non set members and they're okay with it then great.  Should be clearly layed out before each op if there are fill ins to make sure there are no problems.


(Current Ops groups and MST times) 

1st Ops Group (Rellanis) - Weds (7pm) HM SV/NiM TFB

2nd Ops Group (Adinoth/Hakiga) - Sunday (7pm) SM SV/HM TFB

*3rd Ops Group (Hakiga) -  Fri/Sat (6pm)  HM TFB/HM SV

4th Ops Group (Rellanis)  -  Every other Monday (730pm) Dreadtooth for masks/Dreadful Entity...

*3rd Ops is looking for 1 DPS, preferably Melee. A healer could potentially fill this spot instead. Contact Hakiga or Yukaa.

To sign up for ops, or to be automatically signed up every week, click the raid then signups and choose your character and choose AVAILABLE.  To sign up as an alternate for 1st or 2nd ops use TENTATIVE.
